Hedge End Tiling

🚿 Bathroom Transformation – Hedge End

Another full bathroom refurbishment completed in Hedge End!

We started by removing the existing ceramic wall tiles and plasterboard, before constructing new stud walls and recessed niches. Waterproof tile backer boards were then installed to provide the perfect preparation for tiling.

🔹 Wall tiles: Large-format porcelain tiles with a stunning stone-effect finish.

🔹 Floor tiles: Matching modular tiles in four different sizes, creating a stylish and contemporary finish.

🔹 Finishing touches: Anthracite grout and colour-matched silicone sealant to complement the tiles beautifully.

🔹 Bespoke details: A large tiled recess for the inset mirror, along with two recessed shower niches to neatly store shampoos and shower gels.

The combination of the dark stone-effect tiles, black cabinetry and carefully finished details creates a sleek, modern bathroom with a real premium feel.

A kitchen and bathroom floor we installed recently. The kitchen floor we tiled using grey ceramic tiles with a slate grey grout.

The bathroom floor was tiled using white quartz tiles. We also built and tiled a removable bath panel to replace the old wooden panel.

A part tiled bathroom completed in Hedge End. We tiled around the bath and vanity unit using large 1200x600mm marble effect tiles. We finished the tiling using Genesis Chalkstone trim and a waterproof white grout to match the tiles beautifully.

Using large tiles helped reduce the number of grout lines exposed to water. Once the grout was dry, we sprayed the grout lines using LTP grout and tile protector to keep the white grout looking fresher for longer.

A part tiled bathroom install completed in Bishopstoke. We fitted these 200x200mm green pattern tiles on one wall giving it a bold and stylish look. The boxing and window reveal were finished using Chalkstone powder coated tile trims trim which complimented the tiles perfectly.

A recent tiling project saw us removing the existing tiles from this kitchen wall. With various types of crumbling plaster and an electrical socket hidden underneath, some work was needed before the new tiles could be installed.
After Ian at ‘Absolute Plastering’ had worked his magic, we tiled the wall using 200x100mm metro tiles and a light grey grout. The tiles made a real eye catching feature to this kitchen.

A small shower room completed recently featuring this forest themed acrylic shower panel. We added standard glossy white tiles along with white tile trim, grout and silicone to finish.
