🐀𝐑𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨n
Your drains are linked to sewers, and in sewers there are lots of disease-ridden rats! Rats can enter your home via drains, through holes/cracks in the pipework.

The solution?
To keep rats out of your home we can conduct a 𝐂𝐂𝐓𝐕 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲. We will use a small camera to inspect drains/pipes to identify entry points for rats.
Once we have a clear picture, we will be able to repair, seal and protect your home from these unwelcome visitors.

Signs of rat infestation are:
• Rat droppings 💩
• Chewed cables 🐀
• Small holes 🕳
• Scratching noises

‼️Contact us today to book a CCTV drain survey!

Running a restaurant in the Southampton area is hard enough without dealing with issues such as drainage and sewers! After all, customers do not want to eat accompanied by unpleasant smells!

Restaurants are likely to suffer from drainage issues due to cooking oils being disposed of incorrectly. When oils get poured down a drain, they solidify and reduce the diameter of the sewer pipe – further increasing the blockage potential.

🕵️‍♂️How to spot a blocked drain?🕵️‍♂️
Prevention is better than cure. Identifying and resolving a drain issue will save you time and money in the long term as unblocking a drain before it ceases up entirely is a much faster, easier and cost-effective job.

To help you identify a blocked drain, here are some things to look out for:
👃 Smell: the easiest symptom to recognise
💦 Sink drainage: water takes longer than usual to drain from your sink
🚽 Toilet drainage: water rises or almost overflows after flushing
👂 Noises: gurgling sounds from the plughole

Please get in touch today if you have noticed any of these issues in your restaurant. We have quick and easy solutions to identify and fix your drainage issues and keep the kitchen working and your customers happy.

Our CCTV Inspection can discover the cause and location of any blockages before deciding the best way to treat the problem.

Another post about pesky tree roots!

We provide no-dig solutions to blockages caused by roots!

Here, we used high pressure water jetting to cut out pesky roots causing blockage.

We then installed a 43 metre long cure-in-place liner. This prevents further problems down the line!
