Insulation been in the house since it was built?

The average life span is 40 years but if it’s had damp, been compressed or you’ve had any rodent issues it’s probably a good time to get it replaced.

Here’s a job we done last year!

We removed the old insulation that had previously been damp and laid incorrectly and replaced it with new better U rated insulation that will keep this home warm and energy efficient for the next 40+ years.

We also include responsible waste collection on all our ripout jobs so you don’t need to worry!

Just a quick pointer for the house bashers banging out 80 rolls a day on site work.
I know it’s tough but just do it properly, I’ve been to properties a few years old and they have patches in the ceiling from areas like this. Takes an extra few seconds to tuck it under 👍🏻

It’s the most common issue I find and we see it on most new build houses we come to.
