We’re hiring – Trainee Service & Maintenance Manager
Air conditioning is a fast-growing industry and Air Control is busier than ever. We’re looking for a highly organised, confident person to join our team and build a long-term career in service and maintenance management.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Park Gate, Southampton office, working alongside our experienced Service & Maintenance Manager.
You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our service operation, including:
Scheduling customers and engineers
Coordinating reactive call-outs and planned maintenance
Supporting installation scheduling
Creating F-Gas and asset records
Assisting with remedial quotations, procurement and invoicing
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident on the phone and has excellent Microsoft Office skills. Experience using job-management, scheduling or CRM software would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
On-the-job training will be provided, with genuine opportunities to learn, develop and progress as the business continues to grow.
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience
Full-time | Office based
