We’re drawing close to completion on what will be a lovely pair of 4-bedroom family homes, just outside of Swindon.

It’s fantastic to see these homes taking shape and another project coming together through careful design, precision engineering and quality installation.

🏗️🏡 Progress continues at our Shripney development!

The site is continuing to take shape, with more timber-frame plots now erected and a number of homes progressing through to completion. It’s great to see the development moving into the next stages as the individual homes begin to come to life. 🔨🧱🪟
Our teams remain busy across the site, with timber-frame er****on continuing alongside internal fit-out, finishing works and the many trades helping to bring these homes towards completion. 👷‍♂️⚒️
With each stage of construction, we’re getting closer to delivering a new neighbourhood and it’s fantastic to see the progress being made on site. 🌱🏘️

🚀 Another site taking shape at Chidham!

Great to see the first lot of timber-frame homes progressing quickly for Briarsgate Homes.

External walls are now up on two plots, with floor joists being fitted on the first and crash decks going in on the second. The soleplates are also ready on the next two plots, ready for our timber-frame kits to go in.

Fast, efficient and precise — timber-frame construction is helping bring these new homes to life while keeping the build programme moving.

Another great example of how the combination of off-site manufacturing, precision timber engineering and efficient on-site installation can deliver real progress on site. 🏡💪

From one site straight to the next! 🚀

As we wrap up the timber frame installation on one of Briarsgate Homes' developments in Bentworth, our team is move straight on to their next project – a development of eight new homes in Chidham.

Soleplates were laid on several of the slabs at the end of last week, setting everything up for the timber frame kits to start going in this week.

It's always rewarding to see projects flow seamlessly from one site to another, keeping momentum high and working alongside valued clients like Briarsgate Homes to deliver quality timber frame homes efficiently and safely.

🏗️🌲 Project Update | Rivium Homes, Windlesham 🏡

We're proud to be contributing to the delivery of Rivium Homes—an exclusive development of six contemporary 3 & 4-bedroom homes set within the beautiful woodland surroundings of Windlesham. 🌳✨

🚧 The project is progressing well, with brickwork and roof structures now complete on several plots, while the remaining timber frame structures are nearing completion.

🪵 As the timber frame contractor, we're proud to have designed, manufactured and erected the timber frame system for this prestigious development. Seeing our team's expertise and craftsmanship come to life on site is incredibly rewarding and showcases the quality that goes into every project we deliver. 👷‍♂️🏗️

Great to see these two stunning homes taking shape, with the timber frame now nearing completion in the countryside just outside Frome.

When finished, they’ll make exceptional family homes, boasting breathtaking views across open countryside—one a 5-bedroom home and the other a 6-bedroom home.

Each plot includes a generous three-bay garage, with attic trusses fitted to allow for future office space above—perfect for modern family living.

Huge credit to the team for a fantastic job from design and manufacture right through to on-site er****on. A real team effort and great progress on site. 👏
