This was a complete strip out of the exsisting kitchen. Installation of a new Magnets kitchen, along with flooring, skirtingboard, new plumbing to a decorative radiator and american fridge freezer. New socket in the hallway, along with several other little items.

I was asked to install these floating shelves as a little extra by the client.

Heres one of our more recent jobs carried out and completed in Fair Oak.

Job consisted of pulling back all the original loose shingle to expose the sub base material making sure to make flat and allow for the gradual natural contours of the dive.

Supply and lay a hexagonal gravel stability matting with welded fibre mesh to allow for drainage and w**d prevention. Overlay with new shingle back to the newly installed bump rail approximately two thirds of the gravel length as a prevention and marker for going no further back. New shingle to opposite side of rail to give a nice clean, tidy and uniform finish to match with the rest of the driveway.

Removal of original sleeper wall which was retaining the raised grass area. Reshaping the entrance angle by removing a portion of the grass bank turing it to gravel area making it a wider sweaping bend for ease of access and turning around. Install new treated sleeper retaining wall to at new more functional height capable of holding back the grass mound. Redress the grass area and lay purbeck stones of various sizes to form small decorative areas.

The brick wall at the front of drive way was reduced in length, again allowing for a much more comfortable and easier access to the property.
