Recent job in Solihull we completed which had closed cell spray foam inbetween the tiles. Customer could not sell the property unless this was removed.

Step 1 - Remove the bulk inbetween the tiles and rafters with various hand tools.

Step 2 - Clear all remaining excess and small bits that may appear.

Step 3 - Scrape off any residue on the timbers so the job now becomes passable.
