A new lead saddle was fitted to the bottom of the valley as the old one was not wide enough. The old rotten batten and felt around the area were replaced due to water damage.

Re-roofing was completed with new felt, battens, and leadwork to the chimney. The original tiles were cleaned and reused, and new tiles were added to compensate for any shortages.

Hi all, Alan & Dean's Roofing are looking for a labourer to train up, with a good work ethic and willingness to learn. Has to be 17-20 years old and will be self-employed with their own public liability insurance on a 3-month trial. If you don't drive, you will need to live in the Millbrook or nearby areas if needing picking up.

Part re-roofing all done, front only, using original tiles and making up the shortfall with new ones, and adding a Velux window.

Re-roofing was completed using the same tile to match next door's. It took a bit longer than usual due to the weather, but we got there in the end.

New fascia, soffit, and guttering replacement, and strip back one verge, replacing battens and broken and slipped tiles.

A leaking lead gully was removed because the lead was installed too long and split. An extra bay was installed so the lead bay could be installed at the right length, and all new leadwork was reinstated.
