🚨 Outdated Extractor Fan? No Isolation? 🚨

Here’s a classic example of what we come across far too often — an old, non-functioning bathroom extractor fan with no means of isolation for maintenance. Conducting regular cleaning 🧹 and maintenance 🔧 increases performance and extends the life of a fan unit.

💨 Poor ventilation can lead to damp, mould, and long-term damage in your bathroom.
⚡ And without proper isolation, any maintenance becomes a serious safety hazard.

If your fan doesn’t work or looks in poor condition, it’s time to upgrade! We offer:
✅ Safe, compliant installations
✅ Modern, energy-efficient extractor fans
✅ Local isolation switches for safe maintenance
✅ Reliable, tidy workmanship

Would you trust this to power your home?

This double socket was wired by a DIY enthusiast — neutral and live reversed, no earth continuity, and insulation damaged. A disaster waiting to happen.

DIY electrics might look easy, but the risks are real:
• Electrical fires
• Severe electric shock
• Voided insurance
• Failed inspections when selling your home

Play it safe. Hire a qualified electrician.
If you’ve got a suspect socket, or any electrical concerns, give us a call — we’ll put it right, safely.
