🚿 Landlord Bathroom Repair – Minimal Disruption
Another bathroom repair completed for a landlord, keeping disruption to the tenants to an absolute minimum.
The existing wall tiles were loose and allowing water to get behind them, so rather than carrying out a full bathroom refurbishment, we:
🔧 Removed all loose and failing tiles
🧱 Prepared the wall ready for the new panel
🚿 Fitted a new shower panel
💧 Fully sealed around the shower area
✅ Left everything watertight, clean and ready to use

🚿 NEW BATHROOM PROJECT STARTING! 🔨
This one is going to be a big transformation!
We’ve uncovered a rotten bathroom floor, so the damaged section needs to be cut out and removed before we can start rebuilding it properly.
There’s always a lot more to a bathroom renovation than what you see on the surface 👀

This old cylinder had started leaking, so it was time for an upgrade. 🔧
I removed the leaking cylinder and fitted a new, modern replacement, getting everything connected, tested and back up and running properly.
Another job done and another customer left with reliable hot water and peace of mind. 👌
