Sundays are meant for relaxing, but a failed lock mechanism had other plans for this customer.

​After gaining entry, it was clear the culprit was an unrepairable gearbox. Out with the old, and in with the new! We replaced the broken part and upgraded their security to a solid 1* lock, fully loaded with 5 brand-new keys for peace of mind.

A busy day, on the hottest day 🥵

An UPVC door that needed realigning so the mechanism could work as it should, on to a window which was not able to close, then when a customer asks for a lock upgrade, you dont get much better than APECS!

What a difference clear glass makes!

​Today was all about swapping out those foggy "blown" units for fresh, clear panes. It’s one of those small changes that instantly brightens up the whole room.

​It’s been a busy one—between the installs, I’ve been out measuring for new orders and upgrading a few door locks for better security.

​Started the day measuring glass and inspecting flats, but ended it with an emergency call-out. The customer’s front door handle was completely dead—definitely not the news you want at any tine of day.

​There’s a specific kind of satisfaction in identifying the issue, getting it fixed, and seeing everything work perfectly on the final test. Problem solved, house secure, and a happy customer.
