Quite a few firsts happened and Christmas is definitely coming!

Great sewing day today in Thursday class😀some fab firsts….getting to grips with a walking foot to quilt a first ever quilt, inserting a first ever invisible zip and the placement was perfect, creating a sweatshirt using just an overlocker, plus a couple of bags being made and patchwork Xmas gift started. Well done all 👏🏼

Lots happened in Tuesday class! Thank you Angela 😃

Busy Tuesday class with bunting and quilted table centre completed. Lots of patchwork cutting going on, blocks being prep’d for a lap quilt, pretty dungarees and a sleep mask in progress too and what do you know, Christmas stocking season has commenced. Love the variation 😀

First lesson for 8 year old. She did really well with speed control and managing reverse stitching. Bunting is fabulous!

Busy Monday class with lots of diverse work in progress. Today our stitchers were making a tote bag, a denim back pack, cross stitch, alterations to trousers, lots of pattern work, dinosaur bunting, mitring corners on a table centrepiece and altering a top to make it adaptive for somebody undergoing medical treatments. Well done everybody 😀

Busy Friday class with finished dungarees, tote bags and cushion cover. Lots of patterns, some patchwork and a belt made from ties.

Busy Thursday class! Lots going on including making lanyards, patchwork, a fabulous quilted jacket, a lovely dress, beginning of a blouse, altering curtains and upholstering car headrests.
Lots of chats and laughter too 😃
