The farmworkers are very grateful to all the members of the public who have followed our request to avoid certain parts of the estate. It is a tribute to the goodwill and understanding of the local people in Cramond and Queensferry that almost everyone has done so.

**Job Vacancy**

Rosebery Estates are looking for a Housekeeper to work initially at Dalmeny House for 3 hours per day 9am - 12noon Monday to Friday. Overtime and weekend work is required usually during August, November, December, Christmas, New Year and Easter. Although a part time position to begin with we expect this to grow into a full-time position. Looking for applicants who are friendly, flexible, hard working and likes animals. Must have own transport. Salary is £10.17 per hour.

Dalmeny House will open for the 2017 season on Sunday 4th June. The House will be open Sunday - Wednesday, 2 - 5pm in June & July. Entry is by Guided Tour only, tours at 2.15 & 3.30pm.

It's that time of year and the farm is extremely busy with ewes and newborn lambs - if you are planning on walking with your dog over the Easter weekend and the coming weeks, please ensure they are kept on a short lead and under control at all times. Dogs can have a catastrophic impact on both ewes and lambs as shown in the video below. As much as we welcome walkers on the Estate, we do ask that you respect the countryside whilst you are here.
