Hi all, PLEASE READ

I just want to make everyone aware that there is £5 pounds delivery charge on all deliveries. Most of you know as I did this months ago and it’s still applies until I put my bag price up at end of September, when we will start using the new stock which is costing more money to source.

The reason for this message is I had a fine individual today, like I do most days, complaining about the delivery charge. As you can imagine it’s very frustrating when I am probably one of the cheapest sellers in the north east, who doesn’t just sell you what ever they find in the stack, good or bad. I do apologise for the rant but when people start putting reviews on because of the delivery charge and blaming my customer service skills (which I think are fantastic 🤦‍♂️😂) it has to be said. Many thanks to all my customers who have been with me from the start and welcome to all the new ones❤️

This weekend is the last weekend of delivery’s for July any one wanting a delivery before August and the price increase I suggest you get intouch asap we have limited space over Saturday and Sunday then that will be it till we return from the Yorkshire show in August🪵

Hi all,

Just a heads up, my bag price is going up at the end of July, final costings will be updated soon on our posts. There will be no more offers, unless it’s a large amount of bags or you buy all year round. If I’m honest, since I have put the £5 delivery cost on, I have had nothing but people twisting about it. Please remember I did this to try to help you guys out. An increase in bag price across the board affects all customers. The more bags purchased, the more that increase is felt in your pocket. The deliver charge was a fair way of helping us cope with soaring fuel costs with minimal impact to you. From feedback, it clearly hasn’t been viewed that way. In order to keep delivering free of charge, my bags will have to increase. I will honour the current price for any customers booked in but not able to have a delivery before the end of July due to my commitment at the Yorkshire Show. I have kept my prices fair and quality good over the last few years, reading the reviews you can see this. Unfortunately, it’s not sustainable at that price in the current economy.
