⚡️ Quick safety check: when did you last test your RCD?

Most people don’t realise your RCD (Residual Current Device) should be tested every 6 months it’s one of the easiest ways to help protect your home from electric shock and electrical faults.

✅ How to test it (takes 10 seconds):

1. Find your consumer unit (fuse box)
2. Press the “T” or “Test” button on the RCD
3. The power should trip immediately
4. Reset the switch to restore power

❗ If it doesn’t trip, feels loose, or won’t reset don’t ignore it. That’s your sign to get it checked by a qualified electrician.
