Starting with the build on Lyttelton Road in Droitwich
ICF works great in heat waves, it’ll keep you much cooler than a traditional build.

ICF Superstructure build with insulated raft, this house achieved a great air test result and is extremely thermally efficient. That means you will stay cool in a heat wave due to the construction methods. Works great in winter months and all year round.
