We have another fantastic opportunity to join our growing company in our property refurb and maintenance department. – The Trade Monkeys. This is a Temporary to Permanent field-based role, providing support across our multiple services within the group. Duties will include: refurb of properties internally, covering carpentry, through to decoration.
Our work takes us across the country so you may need to stay away. This is a full-time role (40hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm) Out of hours and weekend work on occasion as overtime.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within property refurbishment. You will have a strong work ethic and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
Skills were looking for include but not limited to.
Demo,
Plastering,
Decorating,
Carpentry - Stud walls, door hanging etc.
Fire proofing,
basic plumbing.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role previously.
Qualification to back up experience would be a bonus.
Basic knowledge of ICT and the ability to use a Smart Phone.
Flexible to work Monday-Friday (including out of hours in emergencies)
5 years of driving experience and a clean licence.
Basic Health and Safety Qualification would be a bonus.
Job Benefits:
Salary £19,000 - £25,000
Company van including fuel card.
Overtime will be available
