We’ve been cracking on in Birmingham for Midleton development on Colmore row, carrying out the second fix carpentry throughout the communal areas 📈

The stair strings are now scribed and fitted, and the work is nearing completion.
It’s great to finally see the finishing details coming together 👌🏽

Progress has been happening on this bespoke build! 👷‍♂️🏠

The roof and all low levels are complete and have been all fully tiled actually (so will update some current photos soon) apart from the front bay for now which will be completed when the windows are fitted in the next couple of weeks.

The majority of the internal first fixing is complete now we are just waiting on the stairs to fit and get the downstairs done.

Stay tuned to watch this beautiful home unfold over the next coming month… 👌🏽😎

The start of this year I made myself a promise!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🚀

That no matter how hard it was and it really has been mentally, I’d not give up and I’d just keep pushing every single day!!!

Waking up, reset and go again. Everyday being better than I was the day before and learning

I always feel I can improve, do better I am the worst to myself no matter how hard I’m never good enough

But Rome wasn’t built in a day. I knew I needed to be patient this wasn’t going to happen over night

Keep watching… 🚀🧱🏠🏠👷‍♂️
