Progress has been happening on this bespoke build! 👷‍♂️🏠

The roof and all low levels are complete and have been all fully tiled actually (so will update some current photos soon) apart from the front bay for now which will be completed when the windows are fitted in the next couple of weeks.

The majority of the internal first fixing is complete now we are just waiting on the stairs to fit and get the downstairs done.

Stay tuned to watch this beautiful home unfold over the next coming month… 👌🏽😎

The start of this year I made myself a promise!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🚀

That no matter how hard it was and it really has been mentally, I’d not give up and I’d just keep pushing every single day!!!

Waking up, reset and go again. Everyday being better than I was the day before and learning

I always feel I can improve, do better I am the worst to myself no matter how hard I’m never good enough

But Rome wasn’t built in a day. I knew I needed to be patient this wasn’t going to happen over night

Quick little 2nd fix squeezed in all complete! 🫡👌🏽

This is for a local builder we work closely with KL Construction | Building Construction Company in a double story extension they have just finished.

2 x children’s bedrooms with wardrobes shelving and clothes rail aswell as 2 x doors, skirting, architrave and window boards.

This is at our Middleton developments site in colmore row, Birmingham.

1 more 2nd fix to be done the end of this week in the basement and then back soon for final fixes and communal 2nd fix.

Lovely new Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms kitchen recently completed by us 😎✅

Really opened up the room with this stylish L shaped kitchen into the new extension. Still with plenty of cupboard storage and nice new appliance’s.

New solid oak twisted posts, with 41mm twisted oak spindles.
Modern handrail and baserail with flat newel caps.

All stair parts supplied by Shaw Stairs Ltd and machined by Liam 🔥👌🏽
