A recent project ✨

The brief was simple: create two separate living spaces from one open-plan room.

The solution? A bespoke sliding door system designed to provide a peaceful retreat on one side—away from the resident football fan! 🤭⚽

For this project I used:
🌿 Woodex laminated redwood for strength and stability
🎨 Anker Stuy Iso Primer and Farrow & Ball – Breakfast Room Green for a beautiful, durable finish
🔇 Toughened double glazing to help reduce sound transfer
⚙️ Klug sliding door track and guide system for smooth operation
✨ Solid brass flush pull handles for a clean, timeless look

And because this is a feline-friendly home, a custom Baltic birch cat flap was a must! 🐈

It’s always rewarding to create something that’s not only functional but enhances the way a space is used every day.

📚 Garden Reading Room Project 📚

Our client approached us with a vision for a peaceful garden reading room, and we’re delighted to share the finished result.

Built on a pre-prepared base, this bespoke garden room combines natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and modern features to create a comfortable space that can be enjoyed all year round.

Key features include:

▫️ External redwood timber framing
▫️ Canadian larch cladding – an extremely durable timber that will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-grey over time
▫️ Celotex insulation installed throughout the floor, walls, and roof for year-round comfort
▫️ Internal oak-veneered wall panels finished with a clear lacquer
▫️ Poplar-faced ceiling panels with oak feature accents
▫️ Karndean Korlok luxury vinyl plank flooring
▫️ Hidden LED ceiling lighting with white, green, red, and blue colour options, controlled via a smartphone app
▫️ White LED spotlights to the external overhang, operated by a Qinetic wireless switch
▫️ Three double power sockets
▫️ Anthracite aluminium double-glazed bi-fold doors, providing a striking contrast to the natural larch cladding
▫️ Single-piece EPDM rubber roofing system with anthracite trims for a clean, contemporary finish

A fantastic addition to the garden and the perfect place to relax with a good book, whatever the weather.

We recently completed this bespoke pantry ✨

Maximising storage and organisation with features including:

Handmade softwood shelving with hardwood lipping for added durability, complemented by hardwood bracket detailing to tie the design together, all finished in a clear satin lacquer.

A matching handmade hardwood base unit with Poplar sliding doors, running on a Klug bottom roller system and finished with flush brass handles for a clean, minimal look.

Solid Iroko worktops, finished in to provide a protective satin sheen.

Built for everyday use, with a focus on quality and longevity 🪵

A bespoke, handmade set of two Oak alcove bookcases with matching television cabinet.

Each piece has been carefully handcrafted using a combination of solid European Oak, veneered Oak panels, and Wenge for beautiful contrasting detail.

Features include:
▫️ Soft-close cabinet door hinges
▫️ Push-to-open drop down door fixings
▫️ Grass undermount soft-close drawer runners throughout
▫️ Rectangular cable tidy with Wenge wood edging
▫️ Solid brass detailing to the bookcase strips
▫️ Solid Brass Fleur-de-lys panels within the television cabinet
▫️ Finished in ‘Pure’

We love working with customers on complex, bespoke projects.

This one featured a front exterior arched door, made 4’’ wider than standard 🚪

With the right templates and some careful maths 📐, we crafted it as one solid door 🙌🏻

Handmade using hard-wearing Accoya timber 🌳 complete with:

* Stainless steel bearing-guided hinges ⚙️
* AQ21 weather seals as standard 🌧️
* Euro-spec sashlock & mortice lock 🔐
* RAL-matched finished using Anker Stuy Hydrolux base & top coats 🎨
* Toughened satin sealed units for maximum privacy while allowing natural light ☀️
