Fresh start on site at bentham for 2x detached 3 beds. Bit of a tight site for manoeuvring and storage so had to start at the back with a large 45m long retaining wall next to the beck at bottom of the garden. Footings dug, piled and concreted on the first one allowing us to get the blockwork and floor beams on. 2nd one just being piled 👌🏻

The lads on site had some cute onlookers whilst erecting this dry stone wall in the sunshine 🥰🐄

The walls are going up around the exterior of the site as we near completion of the whole project. It’s exciting watching everything come together.

The staircase has been installed in the final plot in our current development, and we think it looks stunning 🤩

The arched window at the top let’s in loads of light, and on a sunny day like yesterday, makes the house feel very open and spacious.
