Out this week inspecting a roof with the drone. The roof is leaking under the Solar Panels, and the solar panels will have to be removed to carryout the repair. We have recently undertaken the replacement of a failed concrete lintel in Upholland. We were contacted by the homeowner after a visit from the garage door company alerted them to the fact that the main structural lintel over the garage door had failed and was in a dangerous condition. A job we did earlier last year strip in Little Digmoor Skelmersdale a very low pitch roof with old bitumous sarking felt. Roof stripped old felt and battens removed and skipped. New breathable felt and treated battens with Marley Wessex concrete interlocking tiles which can be fitted to roof with pitch as low as 15 degrees.

We recently carried out the replacement of a flat roof. The job involved removing the roofing felt and decking disposing of all waste. A recent job we did in Churchtown removal and safe disposal of asbestos roof sheets from outbuildings of cottage.
