A lot of work went into this which won’t be seen. Floors cut up, Wastes being moved, adding an extra towel radiator too.

This customer had an idea I had the vision and exceeded the customer’s expectations.
An outdoor space in there garage turned into a workable outdoor kitchen area with a toilet and instant hot water from a cold water feed with a 10L hot water tank fitted 15L or more you have to register it with building regs and that can be a whole headache which the customer didn’t want .

Good morning everybody I hope your all keeping well in this heat.
But a little advice about your heating system in the summer months.
It’s a good time to have a power flush so it’s ready and in tip top condition ready for the cold long winters.
Also I know it’s hot but when you nip to the loo to do your business flick that heating switch on before you go in and once you’ve finished your business turn it off. That little time in the loo flicking your heating on could save you lots of £££ as it’s on long enough to move your diverter valve to stop it from seizing up and snapping and potentially leaving you with no heating until you can get it replaced.

Today is a day of power flushing the heating system and getting it clean and working in tip top condition ready for the property to be opened for bookings. I have to say Micheal,magda & Gordon have done a magnificent job on the decor it’s very quirky it’s going to be magnificent once finished and can’t wait to see it.

So this is all the fittings and pipe we replaced. Very minimal elbows gone back on the heating system as pipe has been bent to have a sweeping elbow instead of a sharp one making the flow and return a lot better.
Power flush tomorrow then fire the heating on 🙌
