Another fantastic transformation by the Prime Construction team! 👷‍♂️🔨

For this project, we constructed a single storey rear extension, creating valuable additional space and completely transforming the rear of the property. 🏠✨

Alongside the extension, our team carried out extensive internal alterations and structural steel works, opening up the existing property and creating a more spacious, practical layout for our clients. 🧱🔩💪

Externally, we also constructed a new retaining wall, creating a strong and secure boundary while preparing the garden area ready for a new patio to be installed at a later date. 🌿🧱

From the structural work and internal alterations through to the extension and external works, another project with quality workmanship from start to finish. ✅✨

Another fantastic transformation by the Prime Construction team! 👷‍♂️🔨

For this project, we constructed a single storey rear extension, creating valuable additional space and completely transforming the rear of the property. 🏠✨

Alongside the extension, our team carried out extensive internal alterations and structural steel works, opening up the existing property and creating a more spacious, practical layout for our clients. 🧱🔩💪

Our team carrying out extensive excavation works at this property, removing tonnes of soil that had been putting significant pressure against the house. 🏠🚜

Once the area was carefully dug out and cleared, we installed a new reinforced retaining wall, designed to safely hold back the remaining ground and provide a strong, long lasting solution. 👷‍♂️🧱💪

A challenging job with plenty of groundwork involved, but a fantastic end result that has relieved the pressure against the property and left the area safe, secure and properly supported. ✅✨

Our team has transformed this property with a range of internal alterations, including closing off the existing living/dining area to create a separate home office and living room, along with structural changes to the kitchen and the installation of underfloor heating. 🏠💚

We also installed new patio doors and created a brand new utility room, downstairs toilet and shower, making clever use of the available space by extending slightly into the existing garage. 👷‍♂️🛠️
