We called in recently at this large project, which included a hip to gable alteration on one side of the roof, with large rear dormer. This design was implemented in order to keep the project within the permitted development allowance of 50 cubic metres added capacity to the roof. 🏡

Internally we achieved a stunning master suite, large enough to incorporate the clients super king bed with plenty of space for furniture throughout 💪✅

Back to this Victorian terrace in Sevenoaks for the final photos — and it’s safe to say this one came together beautifully.

We were brought in to transform the unused loft space into something a bit special, and the finished result has proper boutique hotel vibes throughout.

From the layout through to the finishes, everything just works. Always a good feeling coming back at the end of a project like this and seeing it fully dressed and lived in.

Kicking off the new year with this lovely set of completion pics at one of our recent, Hip to Gable / Rear dormer projects in . 🏠

Our lovely clients managed to achieve a generous master suite, along with a study and dressing area, all within their new top floor.

8 week turnaround as predicted, this was wrapped up just in time in for the festive break ✅🫡

We called in today at one of recent projects, to see the new, modern master suite for our lovely clients at this project in . Just managed to finish in time for the Christmas break. 🌲

Another top class ensuite at one of our recently completed conversions. 🚿🛀

This was a hip to gable with a rear dormer on a bungalow in Edenbridge. We added a generous master suite, with dressing room, study and this luxury wet room. 😍

We called in today for a final inspection at this amazing project in . Our lovely clients aimed to create a master bedroom, separate bathroom and small study area. We were asked to retain the original chimney stack, incorporating in the space, so they could keep their log burner running.

We are so pleased with the end result, a functional and well thought out new master suite, our clients vision for style and decor finishing it off perfectly 😍😍
