‼️Another couple of erects up ‼️

First erect in faversham 2 sides of a barn up for re roof, one side was playing with the prickle bushes and the other was an obstacle course over a pitched roof with extractor fans coming out of it as it was an old pub kitchen before it closed down was fun & interesting but none of the less it got done with maximum space for the boys at L Cole Roofing to crack on with

Second job - was erected in Minster (Sheppey)
For solar panel replacement company insisted on no ladder so we did just that.

‼️Something slightly different today ‼️

So a job we had completed last week turned out needed to have more added and chimney works doing so we were called back today to add on an additional couple of lifts also a hanger at the rear of the chimney so they could get right round the back and work on the rear of the chimney.

Every day is a different challenge & we absolutely love it.

‼️Another little erect done today & a dismantle ‼️

Another productive day 1 job up and earning in Rochester on pavement fully tied into property also for some render works which the tie holes will be filled in as soon as the ties are removed, it also returns round the front but forgot to get photo due to client chatting away to me 🤦🏻‍♂️ beam work on the return to pick up corner leg due to pavement bending round corner leg would’ve ended up on road

Then we shot over to Maidstone to dismantle a little front of house.

Then we took lorry for inspection

Day done everyone’s satisfied 👌😂

‼️Love a bit of beam work ‼️

Lovely bit of beam work erected today over the front entrance to our big project that’s been done in multiple phases, beam work was erected as the roof was far to fragile to take the weight of 2 lifts worth of scaffolding so we done what’s right and installed the beams and beefed them up lovely ensuring the there’s still plenty of space on the inside of the beams for the guys to still get to bottom windows & trim for replacement.

Also as you can see we staircases the scaffolding ready to be continued when we get chance to do, but in the meantime we started dismantling the right hand side of the project today also to keep the site agent happy & the window guys have over a 100ft per lift of scaffolding to be able to crack on with so there’s no waiting around for anybody.

‼️Sittingbourne eurolink becoming a beast ‼️

Absolutely loving doing this project, the site manager asked for everything to be done in phases hence why it’s taken long we have been following orders and keeping infront of the lads installing new windows.

Tomorrow we go back to dismantle the right elevation & start installing beam work to go over the front entrance to reception.

Then we will proceed to go across the rest of the front elevation in due course.
