Report from Caitlin Middleton:

I had a fantastic day racing.

The wind was 9-15kts SSE and then shifted to S with the tide coming in at the start and slacking during the racing.

After last seasons results I set myself a target of P10 to P15 as a happy medium which is progressive compared to before.

I had reasonable starts for each and for the first 2 races and was right in the mix. I worked on my strategy and managed to keep battling all the way through, finishing 6th in each.

For the 3rd race I had a great start and first beat, tacking at the right time, giving a 2nd place for the majority of the race. The guy behind me got a little boost coming to the end and just pipped me on the line meaning I finished 3rd.

The last race went pretty much to plan also and I was in a great 2nd place again. Then all of a sudden I lost it with an unexpected gust and capsized the boat. When I’d recovered unfortunately I’d dropped down the order and finished in 7th.

The day was a total success in my view, as I finished 6th overall with the P6, P6 and P3 counting.

Looking forward to going to WOBYC in the Norfolk Broads next month and see if I can keep it up.

Our team has successfully completed the reinstatement of waterproof floor slabs at one of our sites in London.

This phase of the project represents an important stage in the overall programme, with the works being carried out to a high standard and a continued focus on safety, quality and long-term performance.

As our church extension project in London approaches the final stages of construction, we're excited to share the latest progress.

The external surfacing works are now complete, with the tarmac and resin finishes marking another important milestone as we move one step closer to completion on site.

Our church extension project in London continues to progress, with another key milestone successfully achieved during the latest phase of construction.

The completion of the structural brickwork and concrete slabbing marks a significant step forward, providing the foundation for the next stage of the build.
