A few small jobs recently completed.

Took up old patio and extended creating more space with new buff 3x2 concrete flags all fully bedded and primed, built retaining wall out of Yorkshire stone last year to match the property, dug off the old lawn and put down new soil to re-level, Indian stone edgings around the trees and up against the drive and laid new lawn.

Fitting a Yorkshire Grit Stone Hearth with hand tooled front and sides really nice piece of stone to match the property ready for the stove fitters over in Addingham this morning ⚒️⚒️

Full Rebuild over in Skipton nothing easy about this job, take chimney down and dispose, was basically a pick up of dust by the time we were done, rebuild out of reclaimed Yorkshire stone, new leadworks, Victorian pots and correct cowls fitted, water sealed.

Full garden make over, old wall taken down, dug out, fresh footings, new wall built, reclaimed Indian flags laid fully bedded and primed, small garden walls rebuilt and cut pointed and new gate and fence to the rear 😎
