If you are ever in need of a Locksmith (of course it’s your choice) please take this one piece of advice… AI has not got a bloody clue on how to repair your multipoint locking mechanism or what are the correct parts you will need. Twice this week I have had customers who using AI have destroyed the mechanisms in their doors and using the links AI provided ordered the wrong replacement parts.
