From the finishing details to tackling challenges on site and felling diseased trees, it’s been another busy week of varied work and progress for the team!

No two days are ever the same, but that’s all part of the job and why we love what we do.

Project Sneak Peek!

We’re kicking off an exciting new project this week, but before the transformation begins, we thought we’d take a little trip down memory lane…

This place is a real blast from the past, it looks like it hasn’t been touched in years!

From the retro heating controls to the wonderfully nostalgic beaded bathroom curtain, there are plenty of throwbacks to discover.

Swipe through for a peek and let us know which retro feature is your favourite?

From groundworks, drainage and structural requirements, through to floor construction, electrical layouts, plumbing, fixtures, finishes and everything in between, every element needs to be carefully considered, coordinated and planned in a build.

Good project management isn’t just about knowing what needs to be done. It’s knowing when, who and how it all works together.

The better the planning, the better the build.

You guys seem to love our old and historic buildings just as much as we do…

So, while we’re busy restoring Claremont back to its former glory, we thought we’d delve a little deeper into its past.

And what we found was pretty fascinating. Swipe through to take a little journey back in time.

From office → back to one beautiful home. We are excited to see it restored and ready for its next owner.
