𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱…

Studio 3 were appointed on this exciting scheme following a previous planning refusal. We have now secured planning permission for a completely reworked new home that is almost double the size!

A bigger, better proposal, carefully redesigned and successfully guided through planning, definitely one worth celebrating 🎉

𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄.

An initial concept to this project, we designed a contemporary extension to compliment a historic property. Rather than opting for a simple lean-to, we embraced the gridding from the original building, echoing its pattern and infilling the panels with expansive glazing.

The result is a light-filled, vibrant living space that respects the character of the existing home while making a confident contemporary statement. Two distinct structures, thoughtfully connected to create something bold and beautiful.
