A practical setup designed for maximum organisation and easy access to every piece of kit.

Here’s what we installed:

➡️ Half raised floor with two pull-out drawers
➡️ Driver’s side racking with 9 Euro boxes
➡️ Angled shelving for toolboxes and shelving with external access
➡️ Passenger side racking with 9 Euro boxes
➡️ Storage box, sealant holder, and battery drill holders
➡️ Finished in 12mm hexa phenolic ply for a durable, professional finish

We always enjoy seeing the ideas people have for their vans and bringing those designs to life. This build moved away from the more popular layouts and gave the customer something tailored to their exact needs.

For this Ford Custom Crew Cab, we installed:

🔹 A large Armorgard vault for secure storage
🔹 Stepped down floor for ladders and pipe storage
🔹 U-shaped shelving with angled racking for trays
🔹 A handy storage compartment for quick access

Finished in 12mm hex ply for strength and durability

It’s always great to deliver something a little different, proving there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to van fit-outs. 🚐

This build was all about creating a place for everything – tailored around the customer’s Milwaukee Packout kit, toolboxes, and smaller essentials.

Here’s what we added:

➡️ Half raised floor with pull-out drawer, ladder storage and horizontal & vertical pipe sections
➡️ Euro box racking for organised storage of smaller items
➡️ Angled racking for toolboxes and Packout kit
➡️ Driver side door sectioned off for external access to larger boxes
➡️ All finished in 12mm hex ply for durability and a professional look

This build was all about maximising storage and creating a practical workspace. Here’s what we added:

🔹 Fold-down bench with divider racking above + shelving below
🔹 Angled racking for toolboxes
🔹 Plenty of box shelving for larger kit
🔹 Bulkhead workbench with storage underneath
🔹 Euro box racking for 12 containers + a handy side tray
