We are delighted to celebrate Simon's long service milestone with Cool Services.
His career began with auto electrics at school, which led to a role delivering air conditioning units and servicing vehicles and portable units for a well-known hire company. So when Cool Services started building its own hire and sales operation, his technical background made him a natural fit.
He joined as a Service Engineer and quickly became central to the operation's growth, progressing to Manager of the Hire and Sales business.

These days, what Simon enjoys most is the variety. No two days are the same, and getting out to meet clients is a big part of that. Building relationships is what the job is really about for him and he's just as passionate about passing on what he's learned, helping his team develop their skills and experience.

Outside of work, Simon is a keen darts player. He's a former County player and past Chair of the Wolverhampton Tuesday Night Premier Darts League, and he still plays today.
Congratulations, Simon, and thank you for your dedicated service. 👏

🎉 20 Years at Cool Services – Congratulations, Ali!

We’re celebrating 20 years with Cool Services for Ali, one of our Air Conditioning Service Engineers.

Ali has had a varied engineering career, from tool making to working with MG Rover and Bombardier, before joining Cool Services 20 years ago.

“I really can’t believe how fast the years have gone by,” says Ali.

He still enjoys the variety of the job, meeting different people and visiting businesses across the Midlands. Over the years, he has also supported and mentored many of our apprentices.

“I go out of my way to enhance their training and show them the ropes in all aspects of working life.”

Congratulations, Ali, and thank you for 20 years with Cool Services! 👏

Good luck!

When Sharon says she knows what our care means; she really does. Having worked with patients for eight years, I’ve always been aware of our exceptional care, but it was only when my darling husband became a patient, did I truly see the difference hospice care makes. Every time you buy a ticket...

Here's something we hear a lot:
"We hired AC equipment before and it turned up, but we had no idea how to use it properly."

When you hire from us, you get more than a unit. You get a team that:
🔧 Delivers and sets up the equipment safely at your premises
📋 Walks you through everything so you're confident operating it
📞 Remains on hand if you need us

We're a hire company that actually cares about getting it right for you — not just getting the equipment off the van.

If you're looking for portable air conditioning for your business — short term or long term — give us a call. Personal service isn't an add-on for us. It's just how we work.
