Always attention to detail from ACP Builders And Property Maintenance LTD check the transformation on this old render installed incorrectly below the damp course with many cracks allowing water ingress. So removed, meshed with stainless steel lathe on a bell drip flare at the correct height with the right trims before a 4-1-1 sand, lime, cement scratch coat and then matching mixed top coat. Then as fresh render should have a stabilizing solution applied twice before a watered down mist coat and two final top coats in our fantastic customers colour of choice!
