We realise that any home improvement project causes some upheaval and inconvenience for the occupants and as part of our commitment to quality, we ensure that all projects which we carry out are finished quickly, cleanly and to a high standard. Though we have been around much longer than our industry regulator, the Property Care Association (PCA), we have been a member since its foundation in 2003. Our surveyors are Certified Surveyors in Remedial Treatments (CSRT) in accordance with the PCA’s requirements; CSRT is the expert qualification for the diagnosis of damp and timber-related defects in properties. Similarly, our Technicians are certified PCAQTs (Qualified Technicians), making them experts in carrying out the works that our surveyors recommend.
