📍 ANSLOW - A GRAND ENTRANCE WITH A BESPOKE FINISH

Not your average entrance… and certainly not your average paving job!

After two previous companies discovered this intricate herringbone design wasn’t quite as straightforward as it looked, we were contacted to take on the challenge.

Having completed several projects of this style before, it was one we were more than happy to get stuck into!

Following discussions with the client, we recommended adding a triple cobble border with a contrasting lighter centre detail to really make the entrance stand out and they loved the idea!

THE MATERIALS

⚫️ Hambleton Taupe Tumbled Cobbles

⚫️ Dijon Tumbled Cobbles for the feature border

⚫️ Fugabella Grout for that premium finishing touch

The result? A beautifully detailed, bespoke entrance that makes a statement before you even reach the front door!

Attention to detail is everything, and this project is a perfect example of what can be achieved with the right experience and craftsmanship.

FROM TIRED & DATED TO CLEAN, MODERN & BUILT TO IMPRESS

What a transformation on this one!

We completely upgraded this old, tired driveway, creating a smart, spacious new entrance with plenty of off-road parking for the whole family! while giving the front of the property a fresh, modern look.

⚒️ The finish:
▪️ Brett Delta block paving
▪️ Contrasting dark border for a sharp, defined finish
▪️ Black Ice decorative stone to complete the side planting area

A simple combination of materials, but the finished result speaks for itself.

The brief for this project was simple: open up the space, maximise the parking and completely modernise the front of the property.

Out came the old hedges and tired driveway, allowing us to make full use of the available space and create a clean, modern driveway built for family life.

◻️ Omega – Haze Grey border

That Jet Black & Haze Grey contrast really sets this one off ! A sharp finish that’s completely transformed the front of the property.

📍 Queniborough Garden Transformation

No matter what the British weather threw at us, we got the job done.

One week we were working through constant rain, the next it was 30°C sunshine, followed by more rain again! Whatever the conditions, we keep pushing to deliver high-quality results for our clients.

It’s been all go here at J.L.T Prestige Paving!

We’ve been putting in some long days on site to catch up after a challenging start to the year with the weather setting us back. Because of that, we’ve been a little quieter than usual on social media… but we’ve certainly not been standing still!

📍 Queniborough Garden Transformation

This project was all about creating a modern outdoor space that our clients can enjoy for years to come.

With a house extension planned in the near future, we completed the main garden renovation while leaving a section ready for us to return and finish once the building work is complete.

▪️ Wembley artificial grass one of the most realistic products on the market

One of our standout transformations from earlier this year and definitely one of the most challenging.

We battled through one of the wettest winters on record, but that didn’t stop us delivering

Our clients knew what they wanted, but visualizing it was difficult, so they put their trust in us. Through regular communication and collaboration throughout the project, we helped shape the design and create a space they absolutely love.

This garden now has it all:

▫️ Custom sleeper planters
▫️ Steps leading to a raised garden area
▫️ Artificial grass
▫️ Finished with stunning modern Venetian fencing

📍𝘉𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘜𝘱𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘰𝘢𝘳

This one came with its challenges but the results speak for themselves.

We installed natural stone paving, expertly pointed with Flowpoint, and finished the space with Black Ice decorative stone to give it that clean, modern edge.

Access wasn’t easy on this job all materials had to be taken through a narrow garage and conservatory to reach the garden. Not ideal, but nothing the team couldn’t handle

Another quality transformation completed.

A recent fencing project completed in Shepshed for a client who had just moved into their new home

They wanted a fence that not only looked great from the front of the property, but also provided a safe and secure space for their dogs to enjoy
