✨ Planning Approved ✨

This project has been a really exciting one for us, working within the constraints of a conservation area while still pushing the design to feel fresh, modern and tailored to our client’s lifestyle.

The scheme includes a single-storey wrap-around extension alongside a first floor rear extension, carefully designed to enhance the existing home without losing its character.

Balancing modern detailing with materials and proportions that respect the original house was key here — and we’re so pleased with how it’s come together. A design that feels contemporary, but still completely at home in its setting.
Looking forward to bringing this one to life on site 👷‍♀️
