✔ ACS Gas Qualifications (essential)

* Boiler servicing and repairs
* Gas safety inspections
* Heating system installations
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* General plumbing and heating works

From start to finish, this commercial boiler room has had a full revamp. We’ve taken it right back and rebuilt this space with a fresh new layout designed for efficiency, accessibility, and long-term performance.

✔️ Floors and walls fully painted
✔️ Pipework layout completely redesigned
✔️ New boiler positions carefully planned and installed

All signed off and successfully handed over to a very happy client 🤝🏼

We’re now looking forward to supporting them with ongoing maintenance and servicing to keep everything running at its best.

Progress Update – Best House Academy 🔧🏫

We’re are proud to announce work is well underway.

This stage has included the installation of new pipework, controls and high efficiency boilers, forming a critical part of the upgraded system.

With the major infrastructure now in place, we’re fully prepared and moving forward into the final phase of the project.

Phase 1 of the plant room upgrade at Best house academy has now been successfully completed.

This stage focused on the strategic decommissioning and removal of existing plant room equipment, which included the existing commercial boilers, alongside the craning out of a redundant rapeseed oil generator and an old cast iron buffer tank.

Given the scale and complexity of the equipment, specialist lifting operations were carefully planned and executed to ensure safe and efficient removal. Every decision throughout this phase was driven by a commitment to health & safety, operational precision, and minimal disruption to the wider site.

With the existing plant room now cleared, we are well-positioned to move forward into the next phase of the project.
