We stripped it all away and built this brand‑new solid shelter from scratch — done and dusted in just 2 days start to finish!

Another fantastic job completed by GM Landscaping! 🌿

We were called out to an old post and rail fence that had served this corner plot brilliantly for 35–40 years — but time had caught up: every post had rotted away at ground level, and our customer had been using all sorts of timber props just to hold it up and stop it blowing over! To make things trickier, the fence sits on top of a wall that slopes from 3ft up to 4.5ft high.

We started by stripping out the old fence and side gate, then dug out every last one of the old posts.

For the new install:
✅ 8ft long, 4×4 inch tanalised pressure‑treated timber posts
✅ Buried 2ft deep with 50kg of concrete per post — rock solid and built to last
✅ Fitted with battens all round
✅ Secured brand new 6ft × 6ft super lap panels — looks absolutely stunning!

We replaced the full 60ft run of fencing plus a new pedestrian gate — and got the whole lot cleared and fully installed in one single day! 💪

🌿 GM Landscaping — Job Complete!

We’ve just finished this custom-built garden room, fitted right into the tricky gap between the main house and the old brick coal bunker/shed. It was at an awkward angle, but we rose to the challenge and turned a wasted space into a solid, weatherproof, fully usable room.

✅ Build Specs:

- Roof spanned using 6×2 pressure-treated joists

- Walls framed with 4×2 pressure-treated timber

- Fully enclosed, sealed and clad in quality timber
​
- Fitted with 2 fire doors (each approx. 1m wide × 2m high)

Another Massive Transformation by GM Landscaping! 🛠️🏡

From hedges to a stunning, secure entrance—we’ve just completed this extensive fencing project and the results speak for themselves.

We kicked things off by clearing the old hedges from around the property. Thanks to the digger, we had the whole lot out and away for recycling in just one hour from start to finish! 🚜💨

The full project included:
✅ High-quality fencing installed from the front of the property right down to the driveway.
✅ A new pedestrian gate for easy central access.
✅ Two heavy-duty drive gates at the bottom.

The GM Difference: Because the driveway slopes upwards, we didn't just install standard hinges. We used bespoke made wrought iron riser hinges. These specialist hinges allow the gates to lift into the air as they open, clearing the slope perfectly without dragging. 📐✨

🏠 New Project Complete! 🏠

We’ve just finished up this massive fencing transformation for a wonderful customer! We installed 120 feet of fresh fencing wrapping all the way around her bungalow.

For this project, we used 5ft panels paired with gravel boards and solid concrete posts, giving a sturdy and sleek total height of 6 feet. It’s completely transformed the look and security of the property!
