A recent project showcasing the transformation of a disused area into a fully functional office space.

This space was previously stripped back and unused. Through a full refurbishment, we’ve delivered a clean, modern working environment tailored to the client’s needs.

Our scope of works included:
• Full demolition and structural alterations.
• Installation of structural steelwork.
• Overboarding, insulation and plastering.
• New screed and flooring throughout.
• Complete decoration package
• Suspended ceiling.
• Plumbing works and kitchen install.

This project demonstrates how, with the right planning and delivery, any space can be repurposed into something practical and valuable.
