We Had take off just 5 years ago on this project ✈️ However the client has found a new Premises, and has now moved on.
This meant We had the pleasure of returning the Workspace back to its original “Plane” Canvas, as per Landlords Specification. Leaving it fresh and ready for new clients.
Floor 5, the Original light fittings returned to a uniformed layout, with some additional Emergencies. The low level skirting had all the data outlets and sockets removed for a clean look. We added new bespoke made lid and a few sporadic sockets for any on going maintenance.
Floor 4, having undergone a-lot of changes in terms of its use, from multiple office space, breakout area’s commercial kitchen and dining area. We had the task of renewing all the light to the original layout, to an improved spec. We installed a high performance, low energy LED alternative to replace the previous lighting scheme. Trying to maintain the aesthetic of the other office spaces in the building, switched with multiple Daylight saving PIRs. We also removed the data outlets and socket banks, to accommodate fewer general use sockets, requiring us to again add the new trunking lid for a flawless, clean look.
