Part three -

A complete refurbishment of the Headteacher’s office at Northfield Junior School, transforming the space into a fresh, modern and professional working environment.

The project included preparation and redecoration of the walls and ceilings, along with attention to areas requiring repair and improvement. Existing surfaces were fully prepared to ensure a high-quality finish, with carefully selected colours and finishes creating a bright, welcoming and professional atmosphere.

The refurbishment has given the Headteacher’s office a fresh new look while maintaining a practical, comfortable environment for staff, pupils and visitors.

Before and after of a weekend project that’s just been completed.

First job was to Install a French drain around the exterior brick walls of this off shot extension due to the patio slightly breaching the DPC level.

Second job was making the front of the property look more presentable around the bay window, installing a small brick wall to create a flower bed and finished with some 20mm - 100mm river pebbles.

Second project is also now complete.

- A failing chimney stack that has now been lowered with a full repoint and new flaunching.

First job that’s been getting done over the last couple of weeks, this one is now completed.

- The re installation of some concrete lintels that had failed.
- The removal of some cracked plaster, various areas of brick work stitched, with new plaster installed to finish.
