Tigga’s Treasures

13/10/2026

It’s the beginning of a new week! Come and have a browse around Tigga’s Treasures at The Emporium Wentworth.

Over the weekend there have been a few additions just to keep things interesting!

A gorgeous solid oak ‘Priory’ stool/side table with a Queen do Roses harlequin top.
Some quaint purple clip on decorative roses that can be used as Christmas tree/table decorations or gift wrapping embellishments and a pair of flamingo velvet cushions!

An adorable Hare licking paw lamp with Queen Of Roses shade.

Plus many more knickknacks as well as unique, larger furniture items.

There will be more Tigga’s pottery items coming soon as these are proving very popular!

This is one of the largest pieces of furniture I’ve worked on to date and the one I’ve had the most fun with!

The exquisite hand printed paper on the front panels gives you plenty to look at and hopefully echoes this wadrobe’s Art Deco origins.

Inside the condition is perfect which is a rare find in wardrobes from this era. This includes the makers label, door mirror, shelves and a hanging rail. The fittings on the doors externally are all original too, including the key!

W- 84cm
D- 46cm

Please message me if require further details.

News News!
Good morning followers! Firstly an apology for the long silence and lack of posts recently.
A couple of weeks ago I fractured my foot and that’s sort of put a halt on normal life for the short term. Pain and rest have been my priority recently and quite a lot of frustration!
I’m beginning to come out the other side slowly, but a chest infection has just hit me to slow things down even more this week, so life is being a bit cruel!
Apart from that, Tigga’s Treasures is still fighting on and creating.

This month we are celebrations our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY at the Emporium, and what an exciting year it has been with an incredible number of sales of our unique pieces of up cycled furniture and curios.

Starting soon there will be Tigga’s handmade pottery gifts and giant paper flower ranges.

Coming this week to Tigga’s Treasures are these two pieces of useful furniture:
Small lamp/side table with. Decoupaged top and
Shabby chic console table (details in previous post)
Do pop down and have a browse around Tigga’s Treasures at The Emporium Wentworth.

NEW at Tigga’s Treasures, The Emporium Wentworth from today!

This beautiful nest of 3 glass topped tables has been decoupaged in exquisite hand painted designer wallpaper “Afrika Kingdom” by Cole & Son, which was inspired by South African ceramic art.
This colourful paper makes these tables quite unique. I have chosen a different animal from the design to decorate each table and enhanced the “African” theme by picking out the table leg carving with gilding wax.
