The Bannerdale Road project

Builder: “Hi Kade got your number from a pal of mine I’ve got a few windows I need fitting.”

Me: “yes no problem can come and have a look next week.”

…Arrived at job

Builder: “or8 pal just need them few doing if you can”

Me: “what just them 13 windows, 2 bi folding doors n 3 composite doors😂”

Builder: “ye is that or8”

Me: “course it is let me know when stuff here”

… 2 weeks later ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Far from finished but just look at this you can only imagine what it will look like when it’s all been cladded & rendered 😍

From bi folding doors to triangular shaped windows this house definitely stands out from the rest. Still a few bits to do on this one, we will be back tomorrow to fit 3 composite doors and then that’s us finished on this project. It has been a privilege to work on something like this and cant wait to see the end result.

WOW! 🤩 What an incredible transformation for one very happy homeowner! 🏠✨

This property has had the full facelift it deserved—out with the tired, dated windows and in with sleek, modern black flush sash casements that completely elevate the look.

Here’s what we did:

🔹 Replaced both 5-section bay windows

🔹 Removed the existing archway and upgraded the old wooden internal door to a stylish composite door with two side panels

🔹 Premium composite cladding applied to the archway for a seamless, high-end finish
