Six monthly swap of a customers,double water filter
The white,ceramic filter on the front right is the new one,and to its left is the old ceramic filter.

Call out to a washing machine tap that wound’t turn off.

On arrival,we found the fitting used was incorrect (1st picture)

We supplied and fitted the correct fitting (2nd picture) so the customer could proceed with the installation of her new washing machine.

Call out to a rental property where water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling when the shower above was being used.
Upon inspection,we found the silicone sealant to be compromised.

Here are the before,during and after pictures of the job.

Needless to say the landlord was delighted that we found the source of the problem,where other plumbers had failed.

We removed a faulty,under sink macerator and replaced it with a standard,basket strainer waste and altered the pipework accordingly.

Call out to a rental property due to an insecure toilet.
On arrival we found the toilet to have no pan bolts securing it to the floor and no cistern fixings,as the toilet wasn’t anywhere near the wall and was held in position by expanding foam !

Needless to say we removed the offending,and quite frankly,dangerous item,and replaced it with a new toilet and associated fittings.

We fitted a traditional,vertical column radiator with traditional lock shield and thermostatic radiator valves,to the great satisfaction of our customer.

Call out to an heating system in a veterinary practice to check some radiators that weren’t heating up correctly.
On filling the system back up we found the external filling loop was leaking.
We upgraded the filling loop to a building regulations part L compliant part, as per the photos.
