Services include not just regular general garden maintenance such as grass cutting and strimming and lawn treatments, but also complete garden make-overs or the creation of new landscaping and design to your brief, or in consultation with daVally Garden Services experts. Prior to a new design, complete or partial clearance of a garden area can be achieved safely and with all materials removed. New designs include the full range of possibilities in modern landscape design such as: ponds and water features; patio and decking; paving, paths and driveways; brick and stonework; fencing; hanging and wall baskets; patio tubs and containers; garden furniture; decor and accessories and bespoke wrought-iron work.

Following a house extension, the rear garden needed a modern makeover to create a stylish, practical and low-maintenance space while retaining natural planting areas for the homeowners to enjoy their love of gardening.

🔨 The Challenges
• Narrow side access meant all materials had to be moved by hand, making this a labour-intensive project.
• Approx 20 tonnes of soil and rubble removed.
• Approx 20 tonnes of sub-base and construction materials brought in.

✨ The Features
• Contemporary porcelain paving and composite fencing.
• Decorative trellis fencing and a feature archway.
• Sleeper framework to create structure and level the space.
• Feature pathway with porcelain stepping stones, porcelain cobble edging and decorative cobbles.
• Dog-friendly artificial grass installed on a grano dust base.
• Raised sleeper beds and herbaceous borders ready for planting.
• Decorative gravel areas.

A modern, practical and low-maintenance rear garden with clean contemporary finishes, defined spaces and improved privacy.

• Installation of land drains and a soakaway to improve drainage
• 30 tonnes of topsoil to create a level, usable garden
• Fresh stadium turf for a hardwearing family lawn
• Natural stone patio with matching pathway
• Red Robin pleached trees to provide privacy and a lovely green backdrop

🏡 We also transformed the front garden, adding:
• Red Robin boundary hedge and trees for privacy and separation
• Carefully selected plants to soften the space and add colour
