Calender Update...
The postponed job is back on 🥳
Probate has passed last week and final paperwork signed this week coming.
Most importantly we will be making this family's dream of there forever home a reality.
Looking forward to this one starting in December and finished for Feb/March.
This puts us back to March 27' bookings for any future pending quotes and or new.
With Thanks Chris, CJP Construction

New roof this week, with most importantly Insulation upgrades from above and below to meet regs.
New solor powered velux, new facia's, vented soffit and gutters upgrades.
We have jet washed the old tiles whilst off to give it all a fresher look, all up to modern spec regs.
This is one of the jobs we had booked in next year but luckily the customers were patiently waiting and are able to pull forwards to fill my unexpected gaps that are thankfully filling quickly with more quotes booked in. Few 😊 🙏

A Big Thank you
Too friends, family, potential and previous customers who have recommended me in my time of need for your recent quote recommendations.
This Probate issue on a postponed job has really messed the diary up and hitting hard. Its very alien to see such a gap,
I suppose I've gotten too used to being booked months ahead, this is new to me and realised how fortunate i have been over the last 3 years. Even with the effort from myself and the team in every job big or small.
However on the upside
Thats 4 booked in for next week, i am having to squeeze them in in my lunch hours.
Needs must to get that gap filled and im sure I will.
Thank you

Really had my calendar messed up due to a probate delay on a full house renovation. Ive a 10 weeks gap now. The customer has paid a deposit and unfortunately lost it as the deposit is for the diary slot.
The job is just postponed.
Still the diary is open for November-December again and although quotes are pending. Really want to fill the diary back up.
Honestly the amount of jobs I've lost or said no to, because the diary was so full.
The diary is open.
