On our way home after visiting the lovely city of Verona ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น and spending yesterday at Marmomac 2026 which was very interesting and informative. A long day and near on 20,000 steps ๐Ÿ‘ฃclocked up walking around the 12 exhibition halls and outdoor areas showcasing materials and machinery.

Also got to see some of our industry contacts and suppliers ๐Ÿ˜ƒ and meeting some new contacts.

โ€ฆ..and when in Italy, of course we had to refuel on pizzas ๐Ÿ• and pasta ๐Ÿ and maybe one or two proseccos๐Ÿฅ‚ and beers ๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ˜‰

The different stonework on these old structures always amazes us.
This Roman Amphitheater was constructed over 2000 years ago and hosted gladiator fights and games.
โ€ฆ.and the thinnest part that is remaining, how is this part of the structure still standing ?? ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Thank you to Amy & Ben for posting this lovely review/feedback and completed project images on Google, itโ€™s always lovely to see the finished project โ˜บ๏ธ

โ€œWe chose The Granite and Marble Factory in Sheffield upon a recommendation from a friend. We are extremely happy with the finished worktops!
The service has been amazing from start to finish. Tracey in the showroom was so helpful and Katie in the workshop kept in contact throughout the measuring up and fitting appointment, updating us of everything we needed to know.
The whole experience has been so hassle free and weโ€™re really happy with the result and also the service from the contractors who fitted our worktops.
We chose the Quartz Super Jumbo Carrara worktops.
Thank you again!โ€

20mm Carrera (super) from the FugenStone range with its slightly off white background and subtle marble effect detail really compliments the look and feel of this modern, sleek, contemporary kitchen.

Thanks again Amy & Ben, your new kitchen looks fab! ๐Ÿ˜
