🎉 Planning Approval Secured for Ollerton Town Centre Regeneration 🎉
We are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for the transformational regeneration of Ollerton Town Centre.
Developed in partnership with Newark and Sherwood District Council, Willmott Dixon and the wider consultant team, the scheme will transform a prominent brownfield site into a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring new leisure, retail, public services, commercial space, homes and high-quality public realm.
At the heart of the proposals is a new civic square and pedestrian boulevard, designed to reconnect key parts of the town centre and create a welcoming new focal point for residents, businesses and visitors.
As lead architects for the project, we are proud to have helped shape a vision that will support the long-term future of Ollerton, creating a place that encourages investment, improves connectivity and provides a high-quality environment for the community.
