Loads going on with this one, wasn’t quite complete at the time of filming, still some decorating and electrics to finish off.

From October last year, remove a bath and fit a shower.
The light in the niche is wired up to a photo cell pir sensor, so if someone needs the bathroom in the night the niche light will come on without the main lights or setting the extractor fan off.

This was a tiny bathroom and a boiler cupboard.
I opened it up and pinched a bit of the landing to make a comfortable sized shower room with loads of storage.

The tiles are a simple off white 300x600 and a cobalt blue terrazzo effect tile to add a splash of colour.

Had some help on this one.. sprout keeping an eye on things.

Worth mentioning.. the customer found a nice subtle recessed light fitting switched via a photo sensitive pir sensor in the ceiling so they could use the loo in the night without setting off the extractor fan and main lights.

This traditional style bathroom features an original cast iron free standing bath and a patterned vinyl tiled floor.
The customer already had the bath and wanted to re use it, it just fits in the space but meant we had to use a diamond shaped shower enclosure.
Pictures are pre decorating.
