This room had been affected by damp from damaged external guttering, leaving the timber rotten and the surrounding plasterwork in need of attention.

We replaced the rotten timber, repaired the damage, then the customer decided to go for coving removal and the ceiling completely reskimmed.

Fix the problem. Restore the room. Finish it properly. 💪

Damp gone. Walls perfect. Home protected. 💙

Another Sheffield property transformed — tackling damp around the entrance and installing a subfloor ventilation fan to improve airflow beneath the floor.

🌬️ Why a subfloor fan? It helps remove stale, moisture-laden air from beneath the property, reducing condensation and damp risk while helping protect the floor structure long-term.

A drier, healthier subfloor = a better home. 🏡

💧 DON’T LET DAMP START FROM THE GROUND UP!

Water sitting against your walls can become a homeowner’s nightmare 😟

That’s why ACO drainage channels are such an important part of protecting your property. By capturing and directing surface water away from the building, they help keep your external walls drier, cleaner and better protected.

If you’ve got water pooling around your property or signs of damp, don’t wait until the problem gets worse.

📩 Get in touch today and let’s keep the water where it belongs — AWAY from your walls!

🚨 DAMP PROBLEM? DON’T LET IT GET WORSE! 🚨

Another job completed in Killamarsh for a lovely landlord and tenant. 🏠

Damp had taken hold in the living room and was leading into the kitchen — so we got stuck in, tackled the affected areas and brought the space back to a clean, fresh finish. 💪

If your walls are showing damp, mould, staining or flaking, don’t ignore it until it becomes a bigger and more expensive problem.

📍 protecting your property, one job at a time.
